What materials is your jewellery made of?

All our lovely pieces are made of freshwater pearls with gold vermeil: a thick 18k gold layer on sterling silver. Which means they are water safe and sensitive skin friendly!

Is your jewellery waterproof?

We use sterling siver and 18k gold vermeil which means it is water safe. But we would highly recommend you taking good care of your jewellery and not to wear them to shower or expose them to chemicals to preserve the shine.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Shipping Questions

Can I get free shipping over a certain amount of purchase?

Yes! We offer free shipping World Wide on all orders.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. You can track your order status on a tracking page.

Please note: Although our delivery carrier has quoted us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Returns Questions

What is the return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. Please ensure that you put the items back in their original packaging before sending them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Please note that we do not offer returns for earrings.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pearlorious.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is not covered unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
